Eng. Shekimweri is a Mechanical Engineer with 41 years experience in Mechanical Engineering field. He previously worked with TEMDO as Chief Engineers where he extensively participated in a number Mechanical Engineering Projects such as; Construction, Installation and Commissioning of an oil fired, Rotary Aluminum Melting Furnace for M/S Aluminum Africa Ltd (ALAF) of Dar es Salaam and Design Improvements of Cement Processing Machinery at Tanga Cement Factory Ltd. The projects provided a number of challenges during all the stages of implementation, these projects provided him with rich experience especially with regard to design concepts, HAVC engineering and overall project management. Other projects included the Design and development of Centrifugal Pumps for Industrial and Agricultural applications. The pumps are under manufacture commercially by National Engineering Company Ltd.
Eng. Shekiweri is the founding member of UNDI Consulting Group Ltd. He is the head of Mechanical Engineering Department in the company. While working for company, Eng. Shekimweri participated in the design, supervision, post construction monitoring and control of various projects that includes College of Education (10,000 students) and College of Informatics (3,000 students) both being for University of Dodoma. He was in charge of the Team supervising engineering installation works for the projects in Arusha region that includes NSSF Kaloleni Commercial Building, PPF Commercial Complex built along Old Moshi road and 83 Bedrooms Snow Crest Hotel along Arusha – Moshi road. Eng. Shekimweri is an all-time AUTOCAD (AUTODESK) Tutor for Engineers and other professionals and has worked on several Computer Aided Manufacturing Projects for industries.

Eng. Dr. Saanane is a seasoned Electrical Engineer with experience spanning over 26 years. He has been working with Electrical Engineering firms which are ABB, Pemaco – Bevi and Aluminum Africa for which he participated in challenging engineering projects such as Commissioning of standby generators, Power study and audit at the CRDB Bank Head, Study and data collection on possible usage of high energy efficient motors in Tanzanian industries: Case studies on three factories- Mbeya Cement Co. Ltd, TPC Ltd and Vegetable Oil Industries Ltd, Engineering Services Design and project management.
Dr. Saanane is a founding member of UNDI Consulting Group Ltd in charge of Electrical Engineering Department. He has participated in the design and works supervision for the College of Education (10,000 students) and College of Informatics (3,000 students) both being for The University of Dodoma. Engineer Saanane played a major role in the design of power supply systems for Tanganyika Beach Hotel at Kigoma and Snow Crest Hotel Development at Kwangulelo Arusha. He also participated in the Training of engineers involved in the design of electrical works for Rita Tower and NSSF Commercial buildings in Dar es Salaam and Kwangulelo Arusha respectively. Dr. Saanane has been actively involved in the supervision of High Tension Power Lines and Power Supply for the ongoing Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) line construction that spans over 1,000 kilometers from Dar es Salaam to Mwanza. The project is under supervision of Tanzania Railway Company Ltd.
